These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using the Savia Smith website and purchasing physical books from Sandpiper Cove Press. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please review them carefully.

1. Physical Products

   All books sold through this website are physical printed editions unless otherwise clearly stated. No digital downloads are included with physical book purchases.

   In addition to books, Sandpiper Cove Press offers handcrafted jewelry items including necklaces, key pendants, and charm bracelets. These pieces are assembled in small batches, and individual charms may vary slightly in appearance. Such variations are part of the design and character of the piece.

   All products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

   Orders & Payment

   All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

   Shipping

   Orders are prepared and shipped with care. Shipping timelines may vary based on location and availability. Estimated delivery times are provided when possible but are not guaranteed.

   Once an order has shipped, Sandpiper Cove Press is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs processing.

   Returns & Refunds

   If your book or jewelry item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@saviasmith.com with:

   • Your order number
   • A description of the issue
   • A clear photo of the damage

   We will review the matter and work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or appropriate resolution.

   Returns or refunds are not offered for:

   • Minor cosmetic variations
   • Natural variations in handcrafted jewelry
   • Buyer’s remorse
   • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address

   Due to hygiene considerations, wearable jewelry items may not be returned unless defective upon arrival.

   Jewelry Care & Use

   Necklaces and charm bracelets are not waterproof and should be removed before swimming, showering, or strenuous activity. Normal wear over time is expected and does not constitute a defect.

   Sandpiper Cove Press is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or misuse.

   All books, content, text, and artwork published by Sandpiper Cove Press are protected by copyright law.

   Purchase of a physical product does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, scan, upload, resell, or replicate the content or designs in any form without written permission. These works may not be claimed as your own.

   Personal Use

   Books purchased are for personal or classroom reading use only. They may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed commercially or digitally.

   Jewelry items are for personal use and may not be reproduced or commercially replicated.
