Physical Books
All items sold through this website are physical printed books. Because books are printed and shipped individually, returns are handled with care and intention.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the damage or error
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Minor cosmetic variations typical of printed books
- Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address
Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement cannot reasonably be provided.
Necklaces & Charm Bracelets
Our necklaces, key pendants, and charm bracelets are carefully assembled and curated in small batches. Many charms are intentionally unique — no two pieces are exactly the same.
Because these items are wearable and handcrafted:
Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage
We will review and arrange a repair, replacement, or appropriate resolution.
Returns
Due to hygiene considerations and the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns on necklaces or bracelets unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Variations
Slight variations in charm design, tone, or finish are part of the piece’s character and are not considered defects.
Care
Jewelry is not waterproof and should be removed before swimming, showering, or heavy activity. Normal wear over time is expected and not considered a manufacturing defect.
Shipping Considerations
Once an order has shipped, Sandpiper Cove Press is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs processing. If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
